We are writing to inform you about the upcoming improvements to the FabriXAPI Platform, which will require a brief period of scheduled downtime.
Maintenance Details:
- Date: January 24, 2025
- Time: 4:00pm (UTC +8)
- Maintenance Window: Approximately 2 hours
Impact:
During the maintenance window, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- FabriXAPI API Portals (User Interfaces Only)
- FabriXAPI Developer Admin Portal (User Interfaces Only)
- FabriXAPI Provider Admin Portal (User Interfaces Only)
- OpenAPIHub Marketplace Site (User Interfaces Only)
Please note:
- All underlying API connections and traffic will remain unaffected.
- While we anticipate completing the upgrade within the 2-hour window, the downtime window may be completed sooner than the specified time span stated above. We have allocated the full time to ensure everything proceeds smoothly and adequate support is in place.
