How to Apply a Coupon Code to Your Selected API Portal Plan?

When you upgrade your portal plan, you can use a promo code to get a discounted subscription fee. Let’s follow the step-by-step guide below to learn how to apply the code.

Steps to apply a coupon code when subscribing to Essential / Professional Plan

1. Go to Provider Admin Portal and log in with your account
2. Select an API Portal you would like to upgrade your subscription
3. Click Usage and Billing on the side bar. Then, click Plans and Pricing to view plan details

4. Click the Update Now button under “Essential” or “Professional” Plan

5. You will be redirected to Stripe for checkout. Before filling your payment information, click on the Add promotion code button to continue

6. Simply enter the coupon code into the provided input box, and then click on the Apply button located on the right.

7. Once the code is applied, you will see the updated total price automatically. You can now continue the checkout process by providing your payment information.
