How to Upgrade My API Portal Plan?

All API Portals will be created with the FREE “Starter” plan by default. If you’re interested in accessing additional advanced features and would like to upgrade to other Portal Plans, you can easily do so through your Provider Admin Portal.

Subscribe to Essential or Professional Plan

  1. Go to Provider Admin Portal and log in with your account
  2. Select an API Portal you would like to upgrade your subscription
  3. Click Usage and Billing on the side bar. Then, click Plans and Pricing to view plan details
  4. Click the Update Now button under “Essential” or “Professional” Plan
  5. You will be redirected to Stripe for checkout. On this page, you need to fill in your payment information and promotion code (if any) to complete the subscription
  6. Once your payment has been successfully processed, your selected Portal Plan will come into effect immediately

Subscribe to Business or Custom Portal Plan

We provide highly flexible plans designed to accommodate your advanced requirements. If you’re interested in our Business or Enterprise plan, please follow the steps below to proceed:

  1. On Plans and Pricing page, click the Contact Us button
  2. Fill in the necessary information and choose the plan that best suits your needs, and click Submit button
  3. Once you have submitted your information, our consultant will promptly reach out to you to discuss the plan details in further detail.
